Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a Full-time Recruiting and Retention Assistant.
This person is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing CAREGivers. We desire a friendly, outgoing individual.
This role assists the Recruiting and Retention Manager in performing the company's HR functions, so a background in HR or knowledge of HR regulations is beneficial.
Primary duties in this role include:
&bull Responding to CAREGiver inquiries
&bull Greeting incoming guests
&bull Answering phones
&bull Scheduling interviews and assessments
&bull Assisting with CAREGiver applicant pre-screen procedures, such as reference checks and drug testing
&bull Maintaining CAREGiver files
&bull Assisting RR Manager with the applicant and new hire tracking
&bull Assisting with planning, implementing, carry out, and clean-up of office events and activities
&bull Maintaining an inventory of office supplies
&bull Inputting and updating CAREGiver information in our computer system
&bull Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the RR Manager Qualifications include:
&bull Some knowledge of HR regulations is beneficial
&bull Effective communication skills
&bull Ability to multitask
&bull Great organizational skills
&bull Friendly, professional demeanor
&bull A team player
&bull Strong planning skills
&bull Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn an in-house software system, are a must
