              Job Description

              JOB SUMMARY
              The Sr. HR Analytics Consultant will help to support Center of Excellence (COE) COEs within Charter Communications, to retain and engage talent by developing, implementing innovative and practical organizational design, human capital, talent management and related solutions, while ensuring integration with change management. This role will provide subject matter expertise, analytical support and recommendations to key stakeholders. In addition, this position will be responsible for leveraging HR system resources to build datasets and reporting capabilities and deliver analytical solutions. The Sr. HR Analytics Consultant is be expected to build effective relationships and lead cross functionally to complete assigned tasks and deliverables.

              MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
              Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

              Lead efforts to compile and analyze data based on key business inquires identified by HR leadership and test hypotheses, where appropriate work products will incorporate financial impact and statistical evidence to support decisions and actions

              Successfully manage and sustain cross team relationships and maintain awareness of strategic business direction and potential impacts to HR processes and systems

              Consult with departmental leads to identify HR reporting requirements and address business data needs; construct ad hoc and recurring reports and scorecards, partnering with the Human Resources Technology team to develop ongoing system-based solutions

              Identify and address missing components of the human capital data infrastructure; design, implement and manage tools as a means to improve analysis capabilities

              Conduct research leveraging data analysis techniques including (but not limited to) correlation, regression, forecasting, linkage analysis, and cost/benefit or ROI analysis

              Visually present and communicate compelling data, analysis and findings
              Participate in implementation projects for the Visier Workforce Analytics reporting tool

              Perform other related duties as assigned by management

              REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
              Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

              Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
              Experience in workforce analytics and data mining
              Successful implementation of key metrics, assessing data sources, documenting processes, and leveraging technology to gain efficiencies
              Advanced data reporting experience using industry standard tools - SAS, SPSS, R, SQL, Tableau, Python, Visier, Excel, PeopleSoft and associated reporting tools (Cognos, SAP, Business Objects, etc.)
              Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel - expert skill set with Pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, and Macros/VBA
              HR Systems query tool and SQL experience
              Ability to operate with a high degree of interpersonal flexibility and confidentiality
              Ability to adhere to established processing timeframes and make decisions independently
              Experience in continuous process improvement, including technology upgrades and implementation
              Strong analytical capacity and communication skills
              Ability to effectively interact, partner and influence staff in various levels of the organization
              Strong organizational skills and orientation to detail
              Strong customer service orientation
              Strategic thinking skills with demonstrated experience developing and implementing solutions to issues
              Strong facilitator, skilled at leading projects and initiatives

              Education
              Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent years of experience

              PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
              Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

              Knowledge and understanding of HR programs such as training, critical measures and metrics, and demonstrated ability to create and deliver business critical decision support reports and tools
              Knowledge of and experience with statistics and advanced quantitative measurement techniques (establishing correlation, forecasting, regression, advanced survey techniques)
              Experience developing, interpreting and communicating results from predictive modeling of human capital data Experience with PeopleSoft, IBM/Kenexa BrassRing, Cornerstone OnDemand, Oracle/SQL, or Visier reporting technologies

              Education
              Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Economics, Business, Statistics or related area
