We are hiring for an established company in Muncie. As a Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and making outbound phones calls to schedule appointments. Informing customers of multi services, seeking out needs, renew rental/memberships. Daily duties will vary dependent on the work load needed for the day. Enter customer data into the client specific systems; mailing of invoices and other documents to customers.
Bonus incentive offered.
Hours: 9am - 4pm
Must be available to work Monday - Saturday 7am-4pm. (Saturday on call rotation in addition to rotation of evening on calls daily).
Answer phones, as well as make outbound as needed
Must be knowledgeable with Windows PC, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office Suite
Using Google programs (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail)
Navigating a file browser on Microsoft (i.e. Where to locate a file you saved or downloaded, and can select specific placement of the file as well)
Provide excellent customer service
Scheduling appointments and renew memberships
Inform fees and collecting when needed
Being forthcoming with details of our business
Performing other clerical duties as assigned
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Diploma / GED
At least 1 -2 years of Administrative or Customer Service Experience required
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to clearly communicate, with proper grammar, both verbally and in writing
ADDITIONAL JOB DEMANDS:
Evening on call hours as well Saturdays
Must have regular and predictable attendance.
