General Managers lives and teaches the mission and vision of Ynot Italian. The General Manager is responsible for leading restaurant-level operations through a team of managers and team members; demonstrates leadership that is grounded in the Ynot Italian Core Values and enables his/her team to provide exceptional customer service by consistently providing our guests with a competitively superior dining experience. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is running smoothly and making the guest the priority. The GM ensures the overall financial health and brand standard execution, as well as developing a bench of well-trained talent for each level within the restaurant.
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 4-6 years of related experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.
Additionally, the General Manager will manage the business by directing and holding the management, service and production teams accountable for service and operations excellence, including Ynot Italian procedures, policies and specifications which deliver the highest quality Italian food. The General Manager will direct all activities pertaining to a clean, safe and attractive environment to include the overall guest experience, staffing, discipline, payroll, inventory, purchasing equipment and supplies, repair and maintenance, purchasing equipment and supplies, service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations the overall operations of the restaurant.
