Our Community Support Program is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to work with the Sr. Vice President to assure successful implementation of administrative requirements related to Division programs. Must be an energetic self-starter that possesses strong people skills, schedule flexibility, the ability to multi-task and be capable of working independently in a fast paced office setting.
Process and complete work according to established formats and procedures, meet deadlines, and use creativity for various projects and form design. Accurately file documents and manage database. Screen applicants for open positions throughout the department, and help to facilitate interviewing and onboarding process including completing reference checks. Work with other department staff to support program in data entry, reporting needs, and create tracking systems as identified. Support the department with basic office functions, such as copying, filing, email correspondence, preparing documents for meetings, setting appointments, and other clerical duties as requested.
Education/Licensing Requirements: High School Diploma, as well as computer competency in Microsoft Office.
