D & T Pest and Termite Control, Inc. is a small, yet growing pest control company seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to add to our family. We focus on superb customer service, the result is a growing list of loyal customers in a fun, creative, and fast paced atmosphere. We are looking to hire a friendly and pleasant, service oriented, self-directed person to assist with various aspects of a day-to-day routine.
Responsibilities
Answering and directing calls, taking detailed messages, and scheduling services.
Receiving and processing payment information over the phone.
Read, understand, and respond to incoming electronic messages (email, texts, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
Enter information into the database accurately, following company procedures and guidelines.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy.
Placing outgoing calls to schedule appointments.
Scanning, filing, and mailings as needed.
Assist other members of the administrative team as needed.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of customer service/office experience with a focus on answering incoming phone calls and scheduling services for multiple team members.
Working knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phone system, printer, faxes, and PC’s.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and Excel (basic letter composition, accurate data entry, and basic formula functions).
Great attention to detail.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to take direction both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn, adapt and grow with the company.
