At all times, our Greeter staff is expected to communicate with guests, management and staff members in a courteous manner.
Welcome each incoming guest with a warm smile and sincere greeting Strike up a conversation while walking guests to their table Point out restrooms for their convenience Smile, hand guests menus, let them know who their server will be Ask if there is anything they need until their server arrives Always ask if it is a special occasion and if they are an FOP member Maintain waitlist. Communicate with management regarding waitlist times Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes. Clean and restock as needed Sanitize tables and reset if needed Maintain lobby area Complete all opening, running and closing side work. Work as a team with your coworkers
Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 12 hours). Be able to bend and reach repetitively. Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed. Be able to work in a fast paced high volume restaurant environment. Be able to work in increased and decreased temperatures
