Duties & Requirments
* Effectively greets, communicates and guides customers to appropriate departments for assistance.
* Promptly answer all calls in a timely and welcoming manner to initiate positive visits.
* Learn scheduling software to facilitate an orderly service and sales schedule.
* Report to work on time and maintain a reliable work schedule that fosters a dependable environment for customers and team members.
* Maintain perfect customer satisfaction standards and a positive contagious attitude.
* Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
* Communicate with department management to help resolve customer complaints and adjustments.
- Must be able to legally work in the United States.- Must be 18 yrs or older.- Computer literacy required.- Professional communication skills required.
