The Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program is an immersive 1-2 year program that is a job opportunity and a development program designed to prepare you for a career in organizational leadership. As a participant, you will work as a Senior Level Leader at our Chick-fil-A restaurant in Okemos, Michigan under the guidance of Nick Biggee, Owner/Operator. The desired outcome is that at the end of your two-year journey you will be a well-developed leader capable of launching into a career with Chick-fil-A or any other organization.
The LDP Ideal Candidate
· Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly
· Two years of leadership experience in work or school
· Ability and willingness to commit to a 1-2 year employment and development opportunity
· Desire for intentional leadership development to establish themselves as a business leader
· Servant heart
The LDP offers an intentional and holistic personal development opportunity to those who are accepted into the program. The different facets of this program include:
· Traveling to help on grand openings at other Chick-fil-As across the country.
· Complete 6 leadership books and use the principles learned for growing our people and business
· Coaching sessions with your Chick-fil-A Operator, Nick Biggee
· Community involvement
· Attend 1-2 conferences lead by Chick-fil-A or another leadership organization
· Mentor emerging leaders
· Develop a personal growth plan
· Attend and participate in Chick-fil-A Home Office opportunities for training and growth
The work experience portion of this program places each participant into a leadership role in the Chick-fil-A restaurant, where they perform daily operating tasks, managerial functions and impact others through leadership influence. During each rotation you will be receiving coaching, business “scorecard” metrics, problem-solving, experience developing and mentoring emerging leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to experience every area of the business which includes:

· Marketing | Sales Growth
· Human Resources and Recruiting
· Business Analysis, Budgeting, and Strategy

Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
