                  The Product & Services Safety group is looking for an Associate Systems Engineer Support Analyst - CVE Process Coordinator to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or Philadelphia, PA.

                  This position will support the Certification and Airworthiness team for the processing and upkeep of Compliance Verification Engineers (CVEs).

                  This unique role requires an understanding of tracking and reporting metrics, as well as the ability to communicate with Senior Leadership, BDS programs, and Boeing Compliance Verification Engineers. The selected candidate in this role must be well organized, adaptable and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Some travel may be required.

                  Position Responsibilities:

                  • Oversight for the process of adding new Compliance Verification Engineers to the BDS Office of Airworthiness and the expansion of current Compliance Verification Engineer authorizations
                  • Coordination with the Safety and Airworthiness (SAW) Managers of potential candidate Compliance Verification Engineers and current BDS Office of Airworthiness Compliance Verification Engineer roster
                  • Support candidate Compliance Verification Engineers on mentoring plans
                  • Coordinate and conduct mentoring kick-off meetings and evaluation panels
                  • Ensuring yearly Compliance Verification Engineer evaluations and training are completed
                  • Ensuring Compliance Verification Engineer records are current and complete
                  • Assist SAWs with tracking and maintaining Compliance Verification Engineer pipelines
                  • Coordinate with BDS Programs and SAWs to provide Quarterly Evaluation Reports

                  The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

                  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

                  • Associates Degree or higher
                  • 2+ years of experience creating and maintaining personnel files
                  • 2+ years of experience supporting personnel file audits

                  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

                  • Aircraft Certification experience
                  • Strong communication skills
                  • Experience working directly with executives or senior leaders
                  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications

                  Typical Education/Experience: 

                  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).
