Express is partnering with a local business whose mission is to be a catalytic leader and unify the voice for economic prosperity throughout Washington. They are looking for a Business Developer to start as soon as possible.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Inside and Outside sales activity
Developer will be selling membership plans to local businesses utilizing both inside and outside sales techniques at a 70/30 ratio in and out.
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and service the their needs in order to retain them as clients/members
Communicate with the Director and prospects daily
Desired Qualities and skills
Must have a passion for the mission of the company
Be humble, hungry for growth and bring a creative edge to the business
Be comfortable with Linked In interface
Ability to dress business professional
Available to work through occasional holidays (only those interfering with Legislative season).
This position comes with 100% employer paid benefits and a tough to beat compensation package. Pay will depend on Experience, $45-65,000 annual salary before commission. Book of retention provides 80% back on commission.
The ideal candidate will be a great team player learn quickly and be curious. Asking questions is a good thing for this position. The training period will last up to 6 months.
Schedule is fairly flexible but resembles a Monday-Friday hours 8am-5pm. Pay for this position will start at $18.00/hr during your evaluation period and will move to $45,000-$65,000/yr base + Commissions once you are hired on.
