Increase business within region due to efficient marketing organization and activities.
Build and develop marketing staff.
Establish a marketing strategy and plan - in tight cooperation with Calvary Group management team.
Support and monitor marketing topics to reach agreed targets, in cooperation with local sales teams. Analyze and understand local needs and drive for concrete actions.
Track usage and sales result generated from marketing activities to increase marketing efficiency
Accomplishes marketing team resource objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees in assigned business areas; planning and reviewing compensation actions; development/ improvement of marketing skills & teams.
In tight cooperation with management team: define marketing strategy budgeting/ reporting/ planning/coordinating
Establishes and monitor marketing objectives to support strategic objectives; preparing and completing action plans;
Consultation on content and definition of suitable operative measures in pursuit of the marketing strategy.
Meets strategic marketing lead generation and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget and lead generating targets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Support, implement and monitor marketing activities, assurance of intensive support and guidance for marketing team
Surveying customer needs and trends regarding marketing related touch points; tracking competitors regarding marketing & communications
Implementing marketing production, productivity, and quality standards; resolving problems; completing audits;
Coordination of trade fairs in close cooperation with group management. Conceptual support of the divisions for the design of trade fair booths, (including communication, presentation, exhibits, press conference, etc.)
Coaching of the group in the creation of locally adapted print and online media; provision/updating of materials and templates for the business divisions.
Generation of business unit synergies and structures (e.g. sharing of workforce); support and implementation of best practices and improvement of marketing tools.
In addition, the Marketing Manager will provide support within the group at all times, regardless of whether such support lies within his/her core competency or job description.
University degree or achieving a similar level of education in Engineering / Business with a clear focus on Marketing.
5 years of work experience in Capital Goods Marketing (international environment experience is a plus)
Expertise in team management
Experience in developing and managing a budget
Knowhow in Marketing and communications expertise, graphics & layout programs (Photoshop and InDesign), CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce) and CMS tools.
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Result oriented, decision-making competence, aptitude for planning and organization, communication skills, ability to work well in teams, employee motivation
High level of personal dynamism and initiative
Willingness to travel
