Description:

Part-time and full-time positions available for Restaurant Leadership as a team leader, shift supervisor, and manager in kitchen, drive thru and front of house. This team is being built from the ground up, and there are many leadership positions available for people who prove themselves and demonstrate that they have the character, work ethic, and initiative to rise to leadership positions. This is a hands-on leadership team and will require you to spend a lot of time in a position; this is not an “office/desk” position.

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Minimum: High School Dimploma/GED
• All candidates are assessed based on character, competence, and chemistry

• Positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Assist in training team members in company standards, ensuring proper knowledge of menu, company policies & procedures
