                Job Description

                Job Description

                BEPC is seeking a Lease Services Clerk to join our fast growing team of consultants in the Owings Mills, MD area!

                Contract W2 Period:
                6+ Months with opportunities for extensions
                Pay & Benefits: $15.00/hour + Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance

                Role details:

                • Administrative functions with the expectation of developing into a phone based position based on learning agility.
                • Work responsibilities would include; processing lease-end maturity extensions, terminating lease accounts based on account review of requirements


                SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

                Education:
                High School Grad and/or some college/degree

                Type & Amount of Experience

                • Ability to follow instructions are important
                • Ability to learn and use new systems very important
                • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required
                • Ability to multi-task
                • Attendance and punctuality are essential for this position
                • Previous clerical experience helpful
                • Good oral and written communication skills
                • Demonstrated team player


                Software Expertise:

                • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is helpful; must be able to learn – track and create reports, data entry
                • Proficiency in keyboarding skills expected
