Our client is an established Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon with an immediate opening for a Full Time Medical Receptionist to greet patients and handle phone call volume. They’re a fast-paced office with a desire to build and develop one of the best places to work. They’re looking for a new team member to be part of their family because they treat their patients like family as they believe in a commitment to excellence in customer service.
As the Medical Receptionist, you will be at the front desk and warmly greet patients who visit the practice. You will assist in on-boarding, handling phone calls, scheduling, and possibly other daily administrative and clerical tasks. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for the practice and you will support day-to-day operations by ensuring high quality customer service for our patients.
The Medical Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the practice. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Medical Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
