              Job Description

              Experienced Administrative Assistant wanted in the Pasadena area: $17-$22 / hour with employer-sponsored healthcare plan with vision and dental options, paid time off, access to company vehicles, mobile phone allowance and a 401K retirement plan with 4% match. The position is a full time 40 hour/week position with regular weekend responsibilities based on the organizations need.

              We are currently looking to fill our Administrative Assistant vacancy in the Pasadena, CA office. The successful candidate will support our Human Resources team to continue our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

              Job Description:
              Job responsibilities include a variety of clerical and administrative duties which includes, but are not limited to: answering phones greeting guests to our office assisting with interviews and the hiring process filing inventory word processing and spreadsheet generation.

              Primary Responsibilities:

              • Reflect the core values of Prescott Sanchez, Inc. d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise.
              • Answer each incoming call in a professional and knowledgeable manner
              • Assist with onboarding of new CAREGivers
              • Monitor CAREGiver timecards
              • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records
              • Inventory and ordering of supplies
              • General office duties
              • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
              • Demonstrate open and effective communication with clients, office staff or other staff members as appropriate
              • Participate and assist with weekly staff meetings such as agendas, notes and action items
              • Assist with weekly tracking of critical metrics

              Qualifications:
              Applicants must have

              • Minimum of 2 years of office administration experience working in the front and back office
              • Able to communicate information efficiently. Active listener, pay attention to detail.
              • Must possess a strong work ethic can prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment able to follow through and complete assigned tasks with limited instruction
              • Must be flexible and available to work on weekends if needed
              • Must have computer experience, expert in Microsoft Office Suite.
              • Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance
