Exciting Projects, Great Benefits Job Details bull Maintain and Realize AS 9100 procedures and continuous improvement efforts. bull Provide training as necessary in support of Customer satisfaction, first time Quality and on time delivery. bull Maintain and review all internal Quality Planning. bull Oversee and verify corrective action activity in support of continuous improvement. bull Perform Shop Traveler review. bull Report Quality trend analysis and opportunities for improvement. bull Support manufacturing with inspection and engineering needs by interacting with the build of the job with configuration management and the actual build of the job on the shop floor. To provide engineering support of the configuration and process of product realization. bull Plan inspection strategies in support of first time quality and on time delivery. bull Review Purchase orders to assure quality requirements are incorporated. bull Prepare and submit non conformance data as required. bull Investigate and respond to internal corrective actions. bull Prepare customer data packages and other customer quality submittals bull Interface with suppliers and provide the required support to resolve issues concerns. bull Performed Vendor source inspections when required. bull Build a strong QA activity based upon quality at the point of manufacture establish process ownership methodologies. bull Provide Floor assembly support. bull Must understand how customer products are impacted in the event of failure. EDUCATION ANDOR EXPERIENCE bull Four (4) year degree or equivalent in work experience. bull Adequate years of experience in Quality Control Assurance in a manufacturing environment and or training bull Adequate years of experience implementing and or managing ISO Quality systems . KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS bull Must be detail orientated, extremely organized possess excellent communication skills, and be able to interact well with all levels of Staff and Management. bull Must have working knowledge of ISO90012000 and AS9100(Current Revision) bull Must have working knowledge of Customer and Supplier audits. bull Must be familiar with Customer specifications and processes bull Must have direct communication with internal customers. bull Must be able to conduct formal training of changes customer requirements. bull Must know the QMS basic system of reporting, record keeping and follow instructions.
