We are seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant ! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. You must poses the ability to step into any role and pick up the slack when assistance is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound inquiries and schedule appointments for multiple people and locations
- Enter appointments into CRM
- Confirm appointments one to two days prior to scheduled date
- Pull previous customer files and create information packets for appointments
- Filing
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers
- Perform all other office tasks as assigned by supervisors and management
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years office experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to communicate quickly and effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to multitask
- Have Strong organizational skills
- Maintain positive attitude and posses outgoing personality
- Team oriented and ability to work with different personnel
- Be accurate, efficient and reliable
- Ability to recognize tasks to complete without being directed
