The Service Champion is the first SMILE that customers see when they walk through the door or first friendly greeting they hear when they place a drive-thru order so YOU will set the tone to bring the Taco Bell Vision alive, “Every Guest Leaves Happy”. This is a very important job for a friendly, helpful individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and paying attention to detail. It is critical that you are a people pleaser who enjoys sales and helping people get exactly what they are looking for, you are the face of our business and the main person our guests know of when they think of their hometown restaurant. Key responsibilities include taking orders or preparing food, assisting in resolving any service or food issues, maintaining food-safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment. A successful candidate will have a clean and tidy appearance, good work habits and a positive attitude.
