We are currently seeking a Concierge/Receptionist to join our team at the Claremont Retirement Village.
Do you have a gift for caring for Seniors and are you looking to join a team that feels like home? We are looking for compassionate and talented team members who have a passion for caring for our Residents. The Concierge manages the reception area and provides administrative and clerical support. Gathers personal information from inquiries, answers telephones, takes/delivers messages and responds to Business Office Manager's requests.
This position will be seated at the front/reception desk and will be responsible for welcoming all guests, job applicants, vendors; provide clerical and administrative support; answer telephones, determine nature of call and handle as appropriate, take detailed messages, handle multiple tasks, be organized in a fast-paced environment, and other duties as assigned by the manager.
