Our Sales Support Representatives are responsible for:

• Talking on the phone to customers, sales reps. and other internal departments
• First line of contact for product line
• Submitting purchase orders to vendor
• Processing orders in our mainframe computer system
• Maintaining accurate notes, data, etc. in our CRM

Sales Support Representative Job Requirements:

• Previous Experience in a Sales Support Role
• Experience in a Customer Service Role
• Must have excellent verbal (English) skills and customer service skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office Outlook e-mail, calendar, tasks; Adobe Acrobat or other PDF software; Windows 10
• MUST be a quick learner on computer programs
• Fine Finger dexterity for keyboarding
• Good typing skills
• Accuracy in Typing
• Hearing within normal ranges
