Aerotek is currently hiring for two Project Manager openings with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL.

(Must be located in Pensacola, FL)

Description:

To plan, manage, and execute all aspects of life-cycle projects from inception through implementation. To develop project

plans and deliver solutions on schedule and within budget in support of service innovations and organizational and process

changes/enhancements.

Ensure project deliverables are met in accordance with customers' expectations, timelines & budget constraints - Minor

impact

* Build and maintain relationships with team members, management, key stakeholders and/or external contacts (vendors,

etc.)

* Ensure effective management of projects from inception through implementation - Moderately Complex/Varied

* Identify, communicate and resolve technical, tactical and operational project issues and risks - Moderate latitude

* Interact effectively with managers and/or executive management - Moderate impact

* Manage projects of varied scope - Minor impact

* Select and manage vendors and contracts including contract development, monitoring and issue resolution; oversee

contract quality assurance, budget and cost mechanisms - Participates in

* Serve as primary point of contact for project management and other related issues - Under minimal supervision

* Work closely with Procurement regarding vendor contracts

* Provide guidance to internal/external customers and stakeholders - Basic

* Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

*3 years of project management experience

*Agile Project Management with Scrum / Scrum Master

*Ability to work in an autonomous environment

*Bachelors degree in related field or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

*PMBOK terminology or references

*Real Estate experience preferred; stronger project management experience preferred

*PMP certification and 6 sigma

*Project management experience

* Experience in leading, guiding and mentoring others

* Experience in researching, compiling, and documenting data, business processes, and workflow

* Experience in work which displays increasing levels of responsibility and/or authority

* Experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects

* Experience in working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors

* Familiarity with project lifecycles and management methodologies

* Effective skill analyzing and organizing problems or work processes for technical solutions

* Effective skill applying innovative approaches to solve technical design issues

* Effective skill in producing desired results and achieving goals and objectives

* Effective skill in project management to include establishing and leading project teams; managing

timelines/deadlines/resources; ensuring successful project implementation

* Effective skill presenting to stakeholders & management

* Desired - Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field

* Desired - Experience in leading projects and/or initiatives of small to medium scope

* Desired - Familiarity with Navy Federal Project Portfolio Management (PPM) knowledge

* Desired - Familiarity with credit union operations/processes and procedures
