                    Job Description

                    The Business Systems Administration (BSA) group is part of the overall Global Real Estate (GRE) Space Management organization. The GRE BSA team function is comprised of GRE and Program Management professionals who are responsible for partnering with leadership to achieve GRE’s systemic platform objectives for ongoing support and management of GRE data. GRE Space Management key data elements consist of property data including building, floor, space, space assignments, mail codes, and occupancy allocation detail.

                    Key Responsibilities

                    Will lead all efforts involving platform testing and defect management. This will include, but is not limited to:

                    · Analysis and review of high-level requirements as defined in the Business Requirements

                    · Draft test scripts based on business requirements and manage the approval process

                    · Analysis and review of detailed specifications as defined in the Functional Specifications Document

                    · Analysis and review of change requests by verifying all supporting documentation, approvals from all respective internal business partners and vendors

                    · Timely and accurate delivery of testing and test results in accordance to derived timelines

                    · Adhere and ensure all execution of test scripts is documented according to audit/control practices

                    · Manages the end to end defect documentation and subsequent remediation process

                    · Proactively communicates to training partners deployment activities for training material updates

                    · Collaborates with the business and technology to troubleshoot defects raised through to completion

                    · Provides progress status updates and key critical challenges through JIRA, Confluence, and Defect Working Sessions

                    User Acceptance Testing:

                    · Experience working in an Agile development environment and with Agile product methodologies, experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred

                    · Requires 5 or more years of user acceptance or quality assurance testing experience or equivalent product experience.

                    · Ability to analyze business requirements for testability and completeness

                    · Excellent attention to detail, ability to analyze requirements, raise questions and seek clarifications required for testing

                    · Experience in the design of detailed functional and regression test plans, and the creation and execution of test scripts

                    · Demonstrated ability to prepare and disseminate timely status reports to stakeholders

                    · Experience with collection, documentation and archival of all required testing artifacts in accordance with controls/audit requirements

                    · Ability to prioritize tasks within the product and work with minimal supervision or guidance

                    · Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task & handle multiple test assignments &

                    Leadership:

                    Qualifications:

                    · 3-4 years relevant experience in software testing

                    · Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a software testing project

                    · Minimum 2 years of experience in test design

                    · Minimum 2 years of experience in defect management

                    · Minimum 2 year experience in requirements analysis

                    · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

                    · Strong analytical skills

                    · Keen attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision

                    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

                    · Real estate/CAFM/IWMS experience preferred, but not required

                    · Demonstrated experience, skill and expertise driving business objectives through platform software solutions

                    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management in a persuasive manner

                    · Strong sense of ownership and desire to deliver high quality work products

                    · Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within established timeline utilizing resources effectively; ability to adapt to changing priorities
