Meat Clerks are responsible for making sure the Meat section of the store is well stocked and orderly in appearance; with a focus on food safety and food presentation. Clerks are called upon for meat prep, meat cutting, wrapping, stocking, and rotation of stock; as well as any and all duties as assigned by a member of management. Education: High School or equivalent Experience & Skills: Previous Grocery / Meat Market experience is preferred. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction. In addition, you must have good communication skills, and good personal grooming habits. Availability: Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business. All positions require open availability and no special accommodations can be made or guaranteed. Crew Schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible. Physical Requirements: Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion.
