Job Title Solution ArchitectSalesforce Location Piscataway, NJ Fulltime The Solution Architect serves as subject matter authority in a skill or solution, responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. As a Solution Architect you work closely with the Customers and Delivery team to understand requirements and enable the authoringdevelopment of quality solutions that meet the requirements. Responsibilities Serve as the functionbusiness requirement leader SME for Salesforce projects Document business requirements and work with development team to translate them to well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products Own proposal related tasks and effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solutionrsquos feasibility and functionality Design and lead the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions Provide expertise during sales efforts Participate in marketing events (e.g. sales meetings) Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking and client presentations Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members Required- University Degree (Computer Science) Minimum 5 years as a Salesforce BA ConsultantArchitect Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and App Clouds Direct experience of Salesforce administration, configuration and management capabilities Ability to collaborate with client stakeholders to define and document requirements, goals, and set expectations on tasks that you and your team will be responsible for Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire Experience in a ScrumAgile Environment
