Transformation Manager-Digital, Pittsburgh, PA 15272

 

Kelly Services is seeking a Transformation Manager, a self-motivated candidate that will help advance operational excellence. Responsible for identifying best practice processes within the Digital organization and helping to implement these processes. Develop internal communications on a wide variety of Digital-related messages, programs, and initiatives. The ability to creatively communicate digital organizational messages and communicate effectively in written and oral communications for one of our top clients in Pittsburgh, PA.

 

Length: 03/01/2021 to 02/28/2022 (Contract W2)- (Possibility to extend or convert)

Pay Rate: $45.00/hr. (W2)

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Identify top areas within digital organization where best practices should be implemented. Determine appropriate processes and drive implementation
  • Manage the implementation of the process change (or new process)
  • Deliver strong and effective cross functional team and executive level communication to ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment
  • Hold the teams accountable for accomplishing key milestones by encouraging communication and collaboration, resolving conflict and demonstrating leadership
  • Manage initiative budget and track resources time, if required
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Build communication materials for Operating committee or other leadership presentations that require Digital project updates
  • Develop monthly communication content for Digital organization that includes key updates and calls to action
  • Proactively identifies, develops and implements new ways of communicating within the Digital organization

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+years’ experience in a project manager role and/or in a project leadership role
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills, presentations (visuals and graphic design)
  • Ability to manage conflict and to find innovative ways to solve complex problems with limited oversight; anticipates obstacles and plans for contingencies
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Preference that candidate be located in Pittsburgh. During COVID, can work remotely, but willing to travel to Pittsburgh per business needs
