Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain and secure confidential information.
Maintain technical skills (computer) by attending classes and seminars.
Coordination and preparation of various reports and presentations as required in Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint.
Execute required transactions in functional systems (IT, Procurement, SAP, etc) for tactical business support (such as purchase requisitions, goods receipts, material handling, IT support, etc).
Participate in daily clerical assistance for the department which includes, maintaining and organizing files, mail, maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings and event as well as visitors/customers, etc
Maintain, organize, and populate several database systems using SQL and Access
Partner with & serve as backup for other Administrative Assistant's in the office to ensure administrative support is provided. Provide supplementary administrative support for site leadership/management team may be needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Prefer an AAS in Office Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
Ability to handle multiple priorities & tasks simultaneously and quickly and accurately respond to constantly changing demands from many sources.
Ability to exercise independent judgment in actions regarding company matters including identifying, maintaining, and directing confidential issues appropriately.
Strong grammar, spelling, and business letter composition skills.
Must have cultural awareness and be able to interact effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Must be a self-starter and be able to work with limited supervision.
Must have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook and SAP.
