Shipping Associate

Job Summary:

The Shipping Associate collaborates directly with the team coordinator and department supervisor to ensure customer product is shipped on time, as specified with all required documentation. This position is key to company quality standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Package PCBA's, High Level Assemblies (HLA's), and other materials to be shipped.
• Arrange for pick-up of materials and delivery per customer set-up.
• Assure appropriate documentation included with all shipments.
• Perform computer transactions and documentation for all shipments.
• May move materials using a Forklift.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrate ability to work accurately with numbers required.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, problem solving abilities, team spirit and a "hands on" mentality.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Shipping experience for 1 year or greater
• Experience with UPS and FedEx software
• MRP knowledge and/or experience
• PCBA manufacturing experience

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• Inventory Control experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri Day Shift

Pay Rate: Up to $17/hr- Depending on Experience and Qualifications
