Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations under the guidance of the General Manager
• Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, and safety and sanitation
• Prioritize completing task
• Ensure Service and or Culinary Excellence
• Ensure excellent guest experience
• Ensure excellence in our Bar Program

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least one year of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant environment
• Stress management/composure
• Proven leadership and time management skills
• Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
