Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Job Summary: Manages all activities related to operations and maintenance at one or more specific client sites by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the EFS Management team and Management team to identify, develop, and deploy best practices (i.e. safety, quality control, training, standards & qualifications, maintenance practices, etc.)
Put in place appropriate plans and programs to meet and/or exceed client objectives within account
Responsible for cost effectiveness, consistency, quality, accuracy and performance to business standards
Ensure effective customer satisfaction, service and relations by implementing processes and technology to deliver quality product and services
Creating a consistent operational image, implementing account wide initiatives and producing quality product in accordance with company standards
Driving continuous improvement and innovation through the account
Must have extensive experience in raised floor data center environment
Clear understanding of functionality of data center environment, systems, protocols and procedures.
Ensure Maximum Critical MEPF Asset Uptime
Deployment, and measurement of the Maintenance Strategy for data center MEPF assets
Manage all aspects of mechanical and electrical capacity and supporting MEPF infrastructure reliability for data center clients (i.e. moves, adds, changes)
Coordinate routine data center MEP work with Account Director, Engineering VP and data center clients
Critical equipment maintenance & operations oversight
Interface and coordinate with Client IT department for all data center change management, capacity, and planning issues
Collaborate with Client IT team to optimize critical space management, ensure data center MEP system integrity
Collaborate with Client IT team to develop and deploy critical space change management standards
Organize, train, and motivate all departmental staff and service vendors to ensure safe operations and maintenance activities
Manage successful value add delivery of technical maintenance activities
Ensure contract compliance and service delivery meets client expectations at the facility level
Reviews monthly financial reports for accuracy and make corrections when necessary
Analyze Monthly financial reports and make recommendation where cost savings could be obtained
Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving data for reports
Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives
Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and policies, procedures, and regulations
Establish and maintain all procedures in line with company SOP's
Manage critical infrastructure projects from design phase through due diligence, commissioning, acceptance testing, documentation, and sign-off
Work Request, Work Authorization, and Work Permit execution (standards compliance)
Develop and implement infrastructure capacity management & reporting
Work with to maintain accurate site-specific documentation for all assets, including but not limited to property information books, as-built drawings, drawing review documents, panel schedule updates, site operating manuals and emergency operations manual
Oversee all work from initiation through work completion and invoicing to ensure that maintenance and repair work conforms to both OR and standards
Weekly Load Tracking reports. Reviews information from weekly readings of UPSs, PDUs and issue report. Performs annual evaluations of Critical Facilities Engineering operations for Continuous Improvement in operations; identifies and improves KPI metrics to gauge the efficacy of PM/PdM programs and adjusts them accordingly.

Education and/or Experience:
BA in Business Administration or Facilities Management or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related experience. Minimum Five years of experience in Operation and Maintenance Management, knowledge of Facilities Management and critical environment (Data Center) industry best practices, UPS, emergency generators, motor control centers, fire protection suppression systems, supervisory control and data acquisition monitoring systems and other building or control systems are required. Must be able to read, interpret, and understand; blueprints, schematics, and design drawings. 5 to 7 years working in Tier 2, Tier 3 or Tier 4 Data Center(s) highly preferred.

Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time and have strong facilities aptitude and analytical abilities.
Experience with operations and maintenance for a High-Tech Industry is preferred. Industry designation preferred. Must have multi-site/account experience, ability to identify best practices within industry and a proven ability to apply across multi-site/account scope.
Facility Management, IFM experience preferred.
