    Senior Business Associate- Market Ops, Chief of Staff Office

    The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.


    • Support global mandates and deliverables

    • Manage monthly scorecard processes highlighting outlining organizations KPIs
    • Manage headcount tracking and movements on variances and drivers
    • Preparation of business, internal client, regulatory presentations
    • Responsible for department wide communications
    • Ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis
    • Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data
    • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


    • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred) with 3-5 years of Financial Services or equivalent work experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to be able to communicate and influence at an appropriate level.
    • Possess the ability to develop good working relationships with senior management. 
    • Good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and prioritize within tight deadlines. 
    • Ability to quickly earn the confidence of others.
    • High level of attention to detail. 
    • Ability to work as part of a team, and also under own supervision. 
    • Ability to work effectively in situations requiring analytical, interpretive, and problem solving techniques. 
    • Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills, specifically Pivot tables, and PowerPoint.


    • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
