As an experienced Release Train Engineer, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do As an experience PMO analyst you will work with the PMO Lead and client team to develop and refine existing project standards and templates, including SharePoint and document management. The work will include bullWork across the Program Work Tracks to build, baseline, and maintain the Project Work Plan and associated work products (e.g. high-level visualsreportsGantts) for all AMI projects bullConduct quality control and consistency checks after the work plan has been incorporated into the Program's Master Plan bullHelp to identify critical path and dependencies at the program level bullCreate and develop conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types including large complex multi-year projects bullSupports providing inputs into Earned Value Analysis, including weekly reporting bullMonitors the dependencies and critical path, escalating any risks or issues bullUpdates the Program's Master Work Plan resulting from re-baselines or change requests. bullWorks directly with Work TrackTeam Leads to report progress against plan (weekly) using percent complete analysis bullProduces ad hoc reports as needed bullAdvises the Program's PMO on lessons learned bullSupport OnboardingOffboarding of onshore and offshore team members bullTrack training compliance, as needed bullSupport the document management process including DecisionsActions log bullSupport Work Track Leads with submission of risks and issues into the RAID Log bullLiaise with staff in other projects as part of the program to enable consistent delivery processes and standards bullSupport budget management and staff plan management bullFacilitate reporting processes including status reports bullManage communications from the PMO mailbox including regular reporting cycle requests. bullSupport development of the quality plan QA deliverables and work products bullManage project level Lessons Learned repository bullMonitor the integration points with other vendors bullSupport team event planning bullProvide ad hoc support on requests from leadership The team Systems Engineering Our Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts. Qualifications Required bullAgile or other Project Management Certifications (CSM, PMP) bullPrior experience in the Power, Utilities Renewables Industry bullExperience with project status reporting, scheduling, risksissues, change control bullExperience coordinating a large volume of teams bullAdvanced Meter Infrastructure experience a plus.
