MUST:
Assessment and intake experience
Flexible to work nights, weekends and day time shifts
Active American Heart Association BLS CPR card
Experience working in Partial Hospitalization
Active Maryland Social Work License (LCSW)
Or Masters degree in Social Work or Registered Nurse degree (Bachelors) with Behavioral Health experience
Active American Heart Association BLS CPR card

DUTIES:

The Duties of the Social Worker include but are not limited to the following:
Provide therapeutic care to patients
Perform patient intakes
Conduct assessments and evaluations on patients
Provide therapy to patients, group and families
Assist in the treatment and transition and discharge process of patients
