MLT works with senior executives at partner organizations to help them:
- Understand the root cause drivers behind their diversity challenges, including understanding minority employee experience at their organization
- Create an organization-wide diversity strategy that directly attacks the root causes and will lead to the organization being in a meaningfully better place
- Implement winning strategies and tactics that give the organization the best chance at success
We seek a seasoned lead consultant to manage and ensure the success of each engagement and to help MLT continue to build this emerging consulting offering. You will be part of a small and entrepreneurial team that will deliver and scale this initiative, giving you the opportunity to contribute substantially to the design and implementation of the offering.
On the client-side, you will lead consultant teams in delivering client engagements related to diversity strategy, strategy implementation and change management for diversity, equity and inclusion. You will be responsible for developing close, trusted advisory relationships with senior executives in Fortune 500 and blue-chip companies and codifying insights from these engagements into MLT thought leadership. Alongside the Director of Advisory Services, you will work to ensure the success of each client engagement -- including preparation of client-ready materials, presentation of recommendations, and ongoing strategic advisory support to senior clients.
We are seeking a skilled consultant who is adept at managing client engagements, building client solutions and managing complex projects. While previous experience with diversity or talent recruitment / development is not required, experience working within a complex corporate or professional services environment is a must.
We are open to all U.S. based geographies but expect the selected candidate to work during core hours Eastern Time. The role reports to MLT's Director of Advisory Services.
