        Job Description

        Are you a problem solver when it comes to repairing hardware electronics and other items? Staffmark has partnered with a top employer in Rogers AR who currently has an opening for a Computer Repair Technician. This individual will need to possess the skills to assist with repairing the hardware within computers and other electronic items and to be able to handle administrative work as assigned for order processing.         Responsibilities for the role of Computer Repair Technician:

        • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, and tablets to factory specifications
        • Identifies and procures the hardware and software needed to satisfy repairs
        • Ensure all repairs meet or exceed our quality standards.
        • Operates within standard operating procedures. (SOPs)
        • Meet production goals and deadlines.
        • Document and keep detailed records of all work performed.
        • Provides updates, status and completion information to Team Lead.


        Experience:

        • Knowledge with Electronic Devices: 1- 2 years (Preferred)
        • Computer repair experience
        • Knowledge with Electronic Devices
