                      Job Description

                      Staffmark is has partnered with a premier manufacturing facility in Rogers AR that currently has an opening for a HR Generalist. Qualified candidates will have a passion for helping employees develop and succeed. The position requires team participation and interfaces within all areas of Human Resources to provide exceptional and consistent support for managers and employees.

                      The HR Generalist is a key role to assist, facilitate and improve human resource function throughout the organization to maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement/development, team collaboration and organizational growth. 

                       

                      • Serves as initial contact point and responder to employee & manager concerns in multiple areas of Human Resources, including payroll, benefits, compensation, policies and procedures, and HR services
                      • Serves as a change management agent for employee & manager needs
                      • Provides support for a variety of PSO leadership initiatives & projects
                      • Works with various outside agencies and vendors on related HR

                         

                      • Multi-tasks through various areas of Human Resource administrative support and general office management tasks

                       

                       

                      QUALIFICATIONS

                      • One to three years of experience in a Human Resources related profession (in a manufacturing environment a plus)
                      • PHR or SPHR certification a plus
                      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
                      • Possess updated knowledge of employment laws and practices
                      • Exposure to WorkDay and Ultipro
                      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
                      • Possess updated knowledge of employment laws and practices
                      • Experience in supervising
