Aerotek's client is currently hiring for a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of experience to take on the following duties:
Performing a mix of back office and front office duties
On front office, the medical assistant will be answering telephones, scheduling appointments, providing referrals, preparing charts and scanning documentation
into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
With the back office duties, the medical assistant will be taking patient vitals, height and weight, manual blood pressure, assist with procedures, suture removals and educating the patients
Medical Assistant Certificate and MUST have an active RMA/CMA/CCMA from an accrediting body
Must have minimum of 1 year of experience
Experience with EMR systems
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
