Assembly Associate

Relevant and transferable skills, experience, aptitude, requirements and abilities:

• Use of hand tools (construction experience helpful) 
• Ability to multitask maintain a fast pace of work
• Desire and ability to maintain focus when working repetitively 
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for duration of shift
• Take direction/coaching
• Adhere to safety protocol and practices
• Candidates with "grill cook" or construction experience tend to be successful
• Distribution experience or similar hands-on, fast-paced work is immediately relevant. 
• Machine-operating experience, a plus.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
• Willing to submit to a background check
• Must have consistent and reliable means of transportation
• Must be able to provide at least 2 professional references from recent supervisors, managers, or person/s who have overseen you in the workplace.
