Cybersecurity Project Manager (CPM) will coordinate support tasks for all related Cybersecurity efforts including, but not limited to, RMF, Cyber Security Readiness, software testing, and vulnerability management. The CPM shall have and maintain PMP-c. The CPM will be required to coordinate all processes as assigned by the identified government representative. The CPM will be required to coordinate RMF authorization to maintain eMASS artifacts according to the continuous monitoring strategy, and coordinate software testing efforts as it relates to the data center's software baseline requirements by RMF.
The Contractor shall ensure that all Cybersecurity requirements are identified and included throughout the lifecycle of systems to include acquisition, design, development, developmental testing, operational testing, integration, implementation, operation, upgrade, or replacement of all IT supporting the transport, receipt, processing, and/or storage of DOD Controlled Defense Information (CDI). Minimally, all DOD owned IT contain sensitive, non-publically releasable information typically referred to as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
· Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related fields with 7 to 10 years of progressive experience 3 to 5+ years' direct experience in high performance/mission critical network operations and/or data center management or facilities management role is mandatory
· 5+ years' experience leading operational delivery teams in support of technical integration projects
· Exceptional problem-solving skills, and experience with cross functional management
· Proven success in developing and nurturing consensus and working relationships with technical, operational, and PMO teams, both internal and client-facing
· Communicate across communities with exceptional written and oral communications skills, including executive-level presentations
