    Job Description

    The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the supervision of the Finance and Billing Departments, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The leader in this role works closely with the executive leadership team and department leadership to help manage all agency operating plans and will play a critical role in optimizing SNAHC business strategies, processes and financial success. The CFO serves in the capacity of authority for the agency during the absence of the CEO.

    Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience, including non-profit financial management with fund accounting experience.
    Master's degree in a related field or CPA.
    Experience in financial management of a healthcare organization.
    Knowledge and experience in grant management, including budgets, modifications and reporting.
    Knowledge of Federal, State and County contracting requirements.
    Demonstrated ability to exercise sound independent judgment and to analyze and resolve problems.
    Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner verbally and in writing.
    Knowledge of and proficiency with various computer programs such as fund accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Ability to work in diverse environments and diverse staff environment.
    Ability to work well under pressure to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
    Understands and promotes the mission, vision, and values of the health center both in the work place and in the community.
