This role is a crucial part of the team. You are the first point of verbal contact of our company to those seeking our employment opportunities.
Speak directly to interested candidates
Phone Screen and book potential and qualified candidates for employment opportunities
Facilitate the growth of the company for various markets in the region
Facilitate calls, texts, emails, etc.
Track and record all scheduled candidates
Report daily performance
Communicate with market managers
Hours and Pay:
Part-time (up to 29 hrs, a possibility for additional hours & growth)
This position starts at $14/hour with a weekly bonus
Amazing customer service skills
A confident and clear voice
Ability to learn and apply new techniques
Strong data entry skills (i.e. Accuracy, Precision, Speed)
A minimum of 30 WPM
An enthusiastic and positive person overall :)
