Responsible for partnering with executive and high potential team members to accelerate experienced leader development and career trajectory within Kroger. Responsible for onboarding internal executive promotions and external executive hires in partnership with the business unit they will reside in. Work together with COEs to support training and skills development for their assigned executives. Help leaders clarify goals, set and achieve development objectives, and unlock their potential to increase retention and readiness for roles. Provide input on leadership vacancies, needs, job profiles and recruiting decisions to help ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
