    Construction Program Manager

    Job Description Summary

    The Construction Program Manager is a role to support Construction Development and Project Management Teams at Cushman & Wakefield and one of its largest clients. Based on the size and scope of this work, C&W and its client are constantly onboarding new vendors and other partners to this program. This role is intended to be support for the systems and other parts of the onboarding process, as well as updating and improving other processes. This is a very client facing role, so experience in and aptitude for customer service and training is a plus.

    Job Description
    • Manage SharePoint design and library
    • Utilize LiveTiles for creation and updates of SharePoint team pages
    • Organize, tag, and update document structure to appropriately pull to needed SharePoint pages
    • Create, manage, and continually update document needs for Development and Construction (D&C) Services
    • Ongoing efforts of maintaining current document needs for all Domestic and International D&C needs and SmartSheet management of these needs
    • Work with IT, AP, Legal, etc. as applicable for access needs
    • Onboard and train partners to ensure understanding of all systems / processes and manage SmartSheet of these requests
    • Create, update, distribute written and video instruction for processes
    • Manage system access needs for new contractors and updates for existing and manage SmartSheet of these requests
    • Create and send Development and Construction communications via Program Announcements
    • Monitor field processes to identify improvement needs, making suggestions for and implementation as approved
    • As documents are distributed, engage with teams to ensure end user success
    • Listen to feedback on current process to identify efficiency gaps and provide recommendation for change
    • Build reports through Power BI for D&C internal and external needs
    • Serve as Customer Service Representative for all Domestic and International D&C partners and client staff as it pertains to above systems
    • Support partners in finding answers and solutions for various project and program inquiries
    • Management of DocuSign
    • Serve as liaison for selected client leaders
    • Field emails and questions regarding D&C processes, engaging client counterparts as needed
    • Serve as point of contact for all PO processing inquiries and troubleshooting
    • Work with AP to correct PO and invoicing errors
    • Monitor SmartSheet to ensure bot processing, investigating error reports
    • Work through AP invoice discrepancies
