            SOCIAL AND TRANSFERRABLE SKILLS REQUIRED:

            1. Energetic, Reliable and Dependable
            2. Two (2) Years of Experience in an Office Setting with Substantial Customer Service Interface with the Public within the last Five (5) years
            3. Sufficient Knowledge of Office Automation Software and be Familiar with the use of On-line Databases
            4. Strong Interpersonal and Strong Customer Service Skills
            5. Has and Maintains a Professional Demeanor and Appearance
            6. Possess a Positive and Courteous Attitude towards All Persons Encountered
            7. Ability to Attend Job and Database Training, Adhere to Instructions, Learn, Maintain and Document Acquired Information For Use As Needed
            8. Able and Available to Work Overtime as Needed
            9. Drug, Alcohol or any other Incapacitating Agents Free
            10. Able to Positively Pass a Background Investigation
            11. Minimum Education - High School Graduate
            12. Preference will be given to candidates that have a current or past federal/DHS/OPM background check or clearance.

            2. Greet and Check-In Applicants Applying For The Trusted Traveler Program
            3. Schedule, Reschedule And Conduct Interviews
            4. Collect And Verify Information
            5. Complete Worksheets, Track History Data, Brief Members, Collect Fees, Answer Questions/Inquiries from the Public, Assist with Account Creation and Card Activation
            6. Verify Identity Of Applicant, And Confirm That Applicant Has Required Documents To Complete Transactions
            7. Determine Customer Needs, Answer General Inquiries And Concerns, And Ensure That The Check-In Process Is Performed in a Timely Manner To Prevent a Back-Up Of Customers Awaiting Assistance
            8. Maintain Accessible up to Date Written Information On Program Requirements, Enrollment Process and Other Relevant Material to Expeditiously Assist The General Public and Program Members Via Phone or In-Person
            9. Process Applicants For The Trusted Travelers Program
            10. Notify The Government Inspection Staff Of Any Information Which Could Adversely Affect a Person's Application For Acceptance Into The Program. This Position Does Not Have The Authority To Make Eligibility Decisions For An Applicant
            11. Check Applicant-Supplied Information by Accessing Databases
            12. Perform Other Duties As Assigned
