Job Summary/Company Information: 

• Shelbyville Automotive Component Company
• Production Operator working with different types of plastic injection molding machines
• They will be cross trained so they can work in all the areas
• Taking the parts off 2-3 press machines and putting them on a conveyor belt
• Verifying quality using different gauges
• Visual quality inspection, and packing the parts
• Could also be operating a machine where they have to add another component into the mold before it closes

Pay/Benefits:

• Hire on with company long term
• Medical Benefits, Dental, Vision, 401k, and vacation pay after hire
• Quarterly bonuses
• $14.00/hr 

Schedule:

• 3^rd shift: 11p-7a

Requirements:

• Able to do repetitive work on small parts with great attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day
• Read/communicate effectively
