**Position is remote for immediate future. Possibility of on site in 2021.**
Primary responsibility will be performing customer investigations to validate we have the most current information (patient/device status, patient demographics).
Customer investigation duties include navigating in-house systems, performing online searches, making outbound calls to patients, patient advocates, and facilities, and updating the TRaC II (Medical Records) database.
Due to COVID, interviewing will be done via Teams video. Likewise, training will be done remotely and BSCI provides laptops and other needed equipment. Training will take place for 2 to 3 weeks, from 8am to 4pm, Monday - Friday
--Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required.
--Attention to detail (particularly with following documented procedures),
--Good communication skills (oral and written), and ability to manage priorities is a must.
--Must be a quick learner with good critical thinking skills
--Someone who takes pride in their job and places emphasis on providing exceptional customer service
--Must be self-disciplined to work under minimum supervision
