        Retirement Housing Foundation is one of the nation's largest non-profit providers of housing and services, with 22,500 residents in 197 communities in 29 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Our mission is to provide housing and services for older adults, low-income families, and persons with disabilities, in an environment which enhances their quality of life - physically, mentally, and spiritually.

        We have an immediate opening for an Onsite Property Manager at Providence Place, a 67-unit HUD PRAC/Section 8 senior housing community in Salem Oregon, 40 hours/week with benefits.

        Qualifications:

        • Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, and maintenance supervision skills
        • Previous HUD/property management experience preferred
        • Must take front line responsibility for project operations
        • Superb verbal and written communication skills
        • Excellent organizational & strategic planning ability
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
        • Experience with RealPage OneSite system a plus
        • Must reside onsite (2-bedroom unit provided)
