Job Summary

AZ Quality Services is seeking a Tractor Operator in Salome, Arizona. The Tractor operator provides safe operation of a variety of agricultural vehicles including but not limited to Tractors both wheeled and track driven, Rotators, Sprayers and TerraGators. Operators are required to primarily operate vehicles in designated field or open air environments and when directed on a road to facilitate movement of vehicles from location to location.

Responsibilities and Duties

Operator monitors overall vehicle performance including specific system or component behavior. If a vehicle is exhibiting behavior outside of parameters document occurrence and based on issue contact customer to obtain guidance for continuance of testing. The product or throughput of this activity is information regarding performance of product therefore the ability to communicate in written form is required. 

Schedule: Six days a week with 10 hours a days. 

Starting pay rate: $15.00-$17.00 DOE

Job Qualification Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 60 lbs
• Experience operating a tractor, construction equipment or professional driving (Example
• Ability to capture vehicle, system or component performance and communicate same
• Possess a working cell phone with camera and be willing to take pictures and send to applicable party
• Ability and willingness to be thorough in information provided verbally and/or written
• Able to work independently and prioritize critical task
