YOUR ROLE The Machine Operator is responsible for producing top quality products by safely, effectively and efficiently operating and completing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on various types of production equipment and machinery including, but not limited to, liquid filters, blow molding machines, case erectors, palletizers and injection molding machines. YOUR SKILLS High School Diploma or GED Required Previous experience working in a production environment and/or operating equipment preferred Ability to speak, read, and write in English to communicate and interact effectively with associates at all levels Must have basic computer and math skills Knowledge of basic Lean principles such as 5S, TPM and Root Cause Analysis is highly desired Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
