    Job Description

    Apex Systems, the 2nd largest IT staffing firm, is looking to hire an IT Systems Analyst for one of our top financial clients in San Antonio, TX! This is a contract which is anticipated to run through the end of 2020 with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment. Due to Covid-19, this position will begin as a Remote Role but will eventually sit on site with the client in San Antonio. This will also have a Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule.     Required Skills:
    • Critical thinking, analysis of data, strong customer relationship skills
    Technologies:
    • ServiceNow, Outlook, Microsoft Office productions (Excel and Word), Confluence for process and procedure documentation, Skype
    Day to Day Responsibilities:
    • Reviewing requests submitted for a new Cloud service or a change to an existing Cloud service and take the appropriate actions and steps to bring the Cloud request through a review process
    • Running reports from ServiceNow to identify themes and follow up on outstanding actions
    • Coordinate with customers to take actions on assigned tasks
    • Schedule and facilitate meetings with customers and subject matter experts to discuss the scope of the Cloud use case and document key actions needed to address recommendations and feedback provided by the subject matter experts
    • Work closely with the team to ensure appropriate coverage is provided on cloud requests being submitted and reviewed
